Payments are processed via third-party processors, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.

Prices may be listed in CAD or USD

You authorize recurring billing where applicable

We do not offer refunds.

Where applicable, a 30-day test drive provides limited access for evaluation purposes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the service.

2. Account Access & Responsibility

You may be required to create or access accounts on these platforms to participate in programs or communities.

You acknowledge that:

We do not control the internal operations or uptime of third-party platforms

Platform outages, updates, or technical issues are not grounds for refunds or liability

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform credentials

3. Data Processing & Platform Roles

When using GoHighLevel or Mastermind:

Personal data may be processed and stored on servers operated by those platforms

Data may be processed outside of Canada, including in the United States

These platforms act as data processors, not data owners

We share only the information necessary to deliver services and do not sell your data.

4. Community & Conduct Enforcement

Community spaces hosted on third-party platforms are governed by our conduct and confidentiality rules, regardless of platform features or defaults.

This includes:

No harassment or abuse

Absolute confidentiality of member information

No recording, copying, or redistribution of content

No sharing of proprietary frameworks or training materials

Violations may result in:

Immediate removal from the platform

Termination of access to all services

No refunds or reinstatement
